Focus Areas and Measures

  • Monitor and impact media coverage: Stories published in Colorado Springs DMA are measured at 90% Positive or Factual.

  • Facilitate an engaging website experience: Engaged users on D20 website meets or exceeds parent population annually.

  • Foster an informational and uplifting social media environment: The number of followers on social media platforms (combined) grows at 5% or above annually.

  • Promote Parent Engagement: All schools are onboarded to Parent Square and families are opted into alerts at 20% or above.
