  • April 1 - Fall courses and programs

  • Nov. 1 - Spring courses and programs

If you are a student who has already been approved to take District Level CTE, Concurrent Enrollment, and/or Dual Enrollment programs in the upcoming semester, and you would like to make changes to the courses you will be taking, please submit a Course Change Request Form.

Concurrent and Dual Enrollment

We partner with local colleges and universities to provide opportunities for our students to earn college credits while still in high school. Academy District 20 offers high school students a host of courses and programs in preparation for their college/university studies. Learn more about high school college options.

Use this form if you’d like to appeal the denial of credits from an outside institution.
Concurrent and Dual Enrollment Appeal Form
If you need to appeal a decision regarding enrollment in our Concurrent or Dual Enrollment programs, use this form.
Outside College Credit Application
Students must use this form to apply for outside college level course(s) to be applied to their high school transcript.
Outside High School Credit Application
Students who desire to earn credits outside the established educational sequence sponsored by an Academy District 20 high school should fill out this form. Be sure to follow the form’s guidelines.
