During these 14 years, some of her key accomplishments included:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>creating high performing professional learning teams resulting in increases in math and literacy state assessment scores and upward movement in the Colorado School Performance Framework,&nbsp;\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>increasing access to the International Baccalaureate (IB) program for all students,&nbsp;\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>promoting bilingualism as a goal for all graduates,\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>implementing structures and systems to prevent and address issues related to school safety,\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>establishing professional learning communities in all schools,\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>collaborating with school boards and school district cabinet members to implement systems and practices to close achievement gaps and raise student achievement, and\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>creating grade-level and content based high performing teams using a data dashboard highlighting students in need of additional support.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>Jinger also understands the importance of being a trusted community partner. She grants her success as an executive leader to her ability and commitment to collaborate and create strong community partnerships. While in Ellensburg she served on multiple boards and committees including the Kittitas County Health Network, Rotary, Ellensburg Education Foundation, Dispute Resolution Center of Yakima and Kittitas County, and the Professional Education Advisory Board with Central Washington University.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Colorado Medical Center, and a master’s degree in administrative policy and leadership from the University of Colorado, Denver.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>A Colorado native, she grew up in southwest Denver. She is looking forward to coming home and joining her family along the front range. As an outdoor enthusiast, she is excited to explore Colorado Springs with her husband, two &nbsp; sons and their families.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>She also comes from a long lineage of educators.
